Time and Place draws together a series of experiential performance-based art projects that interrogate the moment when artist, artform and audience intersect.
Presenting experimental contemporary performance, live-art, dance and installation, Time and Place investigates the connection and construction of experience and ideas. The season concludes on the closing Saturday with Hot August Night – an outrageous one-night, performance showcase event.
Arts House is also thrilled to present a number of Australian premiere seasons in partnership with rawcus, Byron Perry, APHIDS and Melbourne Festival
Thanks to the Arts House team for their passion and commitment in creating the program and making Arts House such a critical space for artists and audiences to come together.
As Creative Producer for 2012 I’d like to continue to collaborate with artists to create a program that plays with our roles as citizens, as audiences and as artists, gives energy and space to new ideas, helps us reflect on the world we inhabit and prepare for our future.
Definitely an adventure.
